They fixed every single one of my tooth problems in a couple of appointments, some of which other dentists haven't been able to fully solve for years. They were extremely helpful in setting up financing, flexible with setting up appointments, and kind and positive in every one of our interactions. They also went well above and beyond to make both my family and I feel so welcome at the clinic.
I would like to thank the entire staff at Carmel Plaza Dental Center for making my experience as enjoyable as a dentist visit can be. First I would like to thank Neda at the front desk for helping me and guiding me through the tricky process of financing. I was able to get 24 month financing on a huge dental project. I would also like to share my appreciation for Dr. Omar Arreola and his assistant Pam. Together they made my dental implant process go extremely smooth and painless. Pam is a professional at what she does. She was able to keep me calm when my anxiety started to attack. She literally stay by my side the entire time I was there keeping me calm and informed throughout the entire process. Dr. Omar Arreola is an amazing doctor, he has been in the practice for over 40 YEARS!! and his experience truly shows through his passion for dentistry and professionalism. I had X-rays, deep cleaning, cavities removed and capped, I also had a tooth removed and an implant inserted, all in the same morning. All done with little to NO PAIN!! Now I’m at home relaxing pain free with clean pearl whites and a handsome smile. You’re awesome Carmel Plaza Dental Center!! Thank you

My wife and I have been coming to Carmel Plaza Dental for at least the last 20 to 25 years or more. Although the dentists have changed over the years, the quality of this organization has not. Over the last number of years we’ve had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dr. Nichal and Dr. Arreola. They are extremely carrying professional individuals, but also very compassionate and caring. The staff that they have are all friendly, including the front staff as well as the ancillary staff. All in all we have a wonderful experience with this dental group and recommend them very highly.
