Over decades, I had developed a fearful and negative outlook upon the care I received from various dental facilities..until I found this office which eased my fears and changed my negativity into a positive experience. My first impression was awesome in just speaking with staff who set my appointment. She was able to get me in the next day. When I arrived for my appointment, I was treated with 'welcomes' and the mood of the dental office was inviting and calming. When I finally was seated for my assessment, Dr. Arriola was so kind, gentle and didn't shame me on the condition of my teeth. Dr. Arriola and staff advised me throughout the process of what was being done and why. I received three temporary crowns. My temporary crowns were placed by Pam (the RDA and they are absolutely beautiful) and set by Dr. Arriola. My smile and feelings towards dentist was changed for the better just in this one visit. If you are seeking a dental office where you are treated with kindness and care: then go to Carmel Plaza Dental. Their services are also amazing. I recently had two chipped teeth and they fixed them for me immediately. They even accommodated me when I just walked in one morning for a quick fix. They are amazing. They are definitely one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this office.
Hi, To all that is reading this review, I originally scheduled an orthodontist appointment for my son but he needed deep cleaning and to my surprise he was in and out got both, I wanted an orthodontist appointment also an got deep cleaning with laser not painful nor uncomfortable our service was nothing less than fantastic from my first call to set the appointment, during the appointment process, dental service X-ray, my son got the works and so did I give the Dental/Orthodontist Team 10🌟 Review. If you choose this Team you will be making a great investment in time and money I would like to give Recognition to the Following Team members Ms. Angie, Ms. Lilly, Ms. Om, Ms. Ned’s, and all the Barbie’s and the Beautiful Dentist that liked my guaraches, and the Orthodontist gentlemen he truly loves his career they all do.
