First I would like to thank Neda at the front desk for helping me and guiding me through the tricky process of financing. I was able to get 24 month financing on a huge dental project. I would also like to share my appreciation for Dr. Omar Arreola and his assistant Pam. Together they made my dental implant process go extremely smooth and painless. Pam is a professional at what she does. She was able to keep me calm when my anxiety started to attack. She literally stay by my side the entire time I was there keeping me calm and informed throughout the entire process. Dr. Omar Arreola is an amazing doctor, he has been in the practice for over 40 YEARS!! and his experience truly shows through his passion for dentistry and professionalism. I had X-rays, deep cleaning, cavities removed and capped, I also had a tooth removed and an implant inserted, all in the same morning. All done with little to NO PAIN!! Now I’m at home relaxing pain free with clean pearl whites and a handsome smile. You’re awesome Carmel Plaza Dental Center!! Thank you
Hi, To all that is reading this review, I originally scheduled an orthodontist appointment for my son but he needed deep cleaning and to my surprise he was in and out got both, I wanted an orthodontist appointment also an got deep cleaning with laser not painful nor uncomfortable our service was nothing less than fantastic from my first call to set the appointment, during the appointment process, dental service X-ray, my son got the works and so did I give the Dental/Orthodontist Team 10🌟 Review. Front desk staff was friendly, maybe could have been a bit more prompt in tending to me, but that's ok, people get busy. Dental assistant was nice, friendly, eased my anxiety about x-rays and was quick about it, per my request :) Dr. Lopp was kind, friendly, welcoming, informative, made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. Molynda, the dental hygienist, who did my teeth (major hard work), was awesome! She is warm, friendly, funny, helps you feel at ease if you have anxiety about being at the dentist. She explains the procedures to you, if you're anxious about procedures, she asks you what makes you anxious about it and walks you through it, which eases your mind. She's gentle with her technique, checks to make sure you're doing well, and will go at your comfort level. I have gone through so many dentists and dental hygienists some just ok, most were awful, made me feel uncomfortable, had bad chairside manner and were rough with their technique. I am happy I finally found the dentist that I will stay with! Office is meticulously clean, furnished nicely, TV, music dental equipment updated and modern. Wait time was not bad, prices not bad either. Staff are educated and professional. I would highly recommend especially if you have intense anxiety and fear of the dentist, like I do, which has caused me to neglect my dental health for a long time, but no more!!
